Job Summary:

The Supervisory Customer Service Representative directs the activities of the New England Region's Customer Account and Research Division. Is the liaison between FAS and customer agencies. In this position the Director is responsible for performing customer outreach activities. In this position, will lead complex, inter-agency level, analytical studies for the purpose of assisting agencies with strategic planning on how best to implement and procure technology solutions and other GSA offerings.
