LAST CALL: Register Now for Tomorrow's Stakeholder Forum - Smart CX and FSRS.gov Retirement
GSA, General Services Administration (External) sent this bulletin at 12/16/2024 11:34 AM EST
Don't wait! Register Now for next Tuesday!
The General Services Administration is always working to improve the online user experience for those who interact with the federal marketplace. GSA’s Integrated Award Environment is modernizing what once was 10 disparate systems used for accessing the federal award cycle and is ready to take the next step.
With Customer Experience (CX) as our guide, FSRS.gov will retire and a modern subaward reporting functionality will be added to SAM.gov in March 2025.
Register now for the next IAE Stakeholder Forum that will be held live online on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. You will learn from IAE’s top leadership about:
-
How CX Makes Good Cents in all we do in IAE and with our systems
-
Why FSRS is being retired, the timeline of the transition
-
The benefits and improvements FSRS users will enjoy as a result of this work
-
Multiple upcoming training and Open Office Hours events focused on preparing users for FSRS.gov retirement in the new year, and how to provide feedback and participate in testing events
We will also include a Q&A session, where you can ask questions and get answers in real-time.
You will be able to listen to the stakeholder forum through your computer audio. Closed captioning will be available. The program will be recorded.
If you are a press member, you must RSVP to press@GSA.gov after you register.
Register now to participate. We hope to see you on December 17!
