GSA Seeks Feedback on Updated Guidance for MAS Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs)
The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has drafted revised language and guidance for MAS Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs) and attached it, along with a proposed CTA template, to this notice for review (you can find the current CTA guidance at this link on GSA.gov).
We encourage all MAS stakeholders to review the attached documents and provide responses to the following 4 questions:
- Do you have a specific question about how CTAs under MAS work?
- In your opinion, what is the most common point of confusion related to CTAs on MAS?
- What is the biggest challenge for vendors using CTAs on MAS?
- What is the biggest challenge for customers using CTAs on MAS?
Responses to each of these 4 questions along with any other feedback should be sent to MASRFI@gsa.gov no later than 9/16/2024.
In addition to written responses, stakeholders may contact GSA to schedule an appointment to provide verbal feedback to GSA by sending a request to MASRFI@gsa.gov no later than 9/16/2024.
As always, we thank you for your continued partnership.
