GSA Interact Update: Multiple Award Schedule - Request for Information: FAS Supplier Portal User Testing Volunteers
GSA, General Services Administration (External) sent this bulletin at 06/26/2023 02:09 PM EDTRequest for Information: FAS Supplier Portal User Testing Volunteers
Last June we asked for your feedback on possible Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) offer submission improvements. The MAS Program Management Office (MAS PMO) reviewed your feedback, incorporated it into our development requirements for the new supplier portal (eOffer replacement), and now have wireframes of the FAS Supplier Portal to test!
As a result, we are actively recruiting participants for 60 minute moderated usability tests of wireframes for our new Supplier Portal initiative. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to collect feedback on draft wireframes from Other than Small (Large) or Small businesses. We’re especially interested in speaking with Small or Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses that are focused on becoming a MAS contract holder or have recently submitted an offer to become a MAS contract holder. We are also interested in speaking with contractors who have both a MAS and Veterans Affairs (VA) contract.
While participation is voluntary, testers will be expected to attend 4 usability testing sessions between June - August 2023. Sessions will include scenarios where we’ll ask you to complete various tasks and share your thoughts when navigating the wireframes.
If you, or a member of your team, are interested in participating, please respond to this RFI by Friday July 7th and we’ll contact you to schedule and share more information. Only responses via the RFI URL will be accepted. Please note, we may not be able to accommodate all volunteers but appreciate your interest and willingness to support our initiative.
All inquiries in regards to this RFI should be sent to: rfi@research.gsa.gov All inquiries in regards to the FAS Supplier Portal should be sent to: maspmo@gsa.gov.
