Good Morning-The final rule of the Federal Management Regulation 102-118 Transportation Payment and Audit Subparts
A-D-E is effective today. This rule updates Subpart A-General; Subpart D-Prepayment Audit of Transportation
Services; and Subpart E-Postpayment Transportation Audits.
This amendment revises definitions;
strengthens agencies requirements and responsibilities of transportation
prepayment audits and transportation postpayment audit, submission requirements
to the GSA Transportation Audits Division, and the required information on all
transportation documentation; and clarifies GSA Transportation Audit roles and
responsibilities.
