The Commissioner is a senior career executive position that oversees the Technology Transformation Service of the U.S. General Services Administration. The mission of GSAs new Technology Transformation Service (TTS) is to improve the publics experience with the government by helping agencies build, buy, and share technology that allows them to better serve the public.
