NEW YORK— The Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host its next economic press briefing on Wednesday, December 2, at 1:00 p.m. EST.
The briefing will feature a presentation from New York Fed economists on the current economic conditions across the New York region, including the New York City metropolitan area and upstate New York, amidst the coronavirus pandemic. The presentation will also examine the state of the labor and housing markets in the Second District. There will be an opportunity for questions after the presentation.
John Williams, president and chief executive officer of the New York Fed, will give opening remarks and participate in the Q&A portion of the event.
