Celebrate CACFP Week (March 12-18) with New Breakfast Recipes!
In celebration of National Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Week (March 12-18, 2023), Team Nutrition is excited to announce the availability of 20 new USDA standardized breakfast recipes and four (4) new instructional cooking videos for the CACFP. These kid-friendly recipes include tasty options like Fruit and Yogurt Roll-Ups, Breakfast Black Beans with Eggs, Roasted Sweet Potato Hash, Cottage Cheese and Fruit Bowls, and more!
Each recipe is available in yields of 6, 25, and 50 servings for kids ages 3-5 and 6-18 years in the Institute of Child Nutrition’s (ICN) Child Nutrition Recipe Box. Watch the instructional cooking videos to see how easy they are to prepare! Check out new videos for:

- Egg & Broccoli Scramble
- Golden Squash Hotcakes
- Strawberry and Waffle Kebabs
