Track Training with the Professional Standards
Training Tracker Tool!
The Professional Standards Training Tracker Tool (PSTTT) is a free and voluntary online tool designed for school nutrition professionals. The tool simplifies record-keeping of annual training hours required by the Professional Standards. Thanks to the PSTTT users and their great suggestions, Team Nutrition has been able to make continuous improvements to the tool.

New Features Available on the PSTTT
Depending on your role as a PSTTT user, you can take advantage of the many exciting features!
- Find the “My Training History” and “Print My Certificates” buttons under the “Welcome” drop-down menu

Have the option to add alpha-numeric employee identification numbers
- Log training in increments of 5 minutes
Director/Manager-users can:

Deactivate an employee
-
Edit names and emails for employee profiles not associated with an eAuthorization account
-
Manage schools within the district (add new schools, delete, and edit existing information)
-
Print certificates for self from the Print Certificates page
-
Search by employee identification number when adding training, or searching for employees
Additionally, School Director users can:

Edit district information (including name, city, state, and zip)
- Create a new district in their state for those districts that are not currently listed in the PSTTT
- Request additional access if responsible for managing multiple districts, even those in different states*

Training Resources for Professional Standards
For information regarding Professional Standards and annual training requirements, visit the Professional Standards: Resources webpage. This new webpage provides easy access to the revised Guide to Professional Standards for School Nutrition Programs, the supplemental Professional Standards Training Reward Badges packet, the Professional Standards Training Database, PSTTT, recorded webinars, and more!
