Team Nutrition has released three new training modules on the Food Buying Guide for Child Nutrition Programs (FBG). They are designed to take you step-by-step through using the FBG. Each module will provide an in-depth look at the FBG with interactive knowledge checks to assist the learner.
These modules include:
- Module 1 – Overview of the Food Buying Guide for Child Nutrition Programs
This training module provides an overview of the Food Buying Guide. It covers topics such as meal pattern requirements for each Child Nutrition Program, handy reference charts and tables, and important details on the yield table columns.
- Module 2 - Recipe Analysis Workbook (RAW)
This training module explains in detail how to credit standardized recipes using the Recipe Analysis Workbook (RAW) with interactive examples.
- Module 3 – Product Formulation Statements (PFS)
This training modules includes everything you wanted to know about Child Nutrition Labels, Product Formulation Statements, and in-house yield studies.
