Prince William County 600

We want to thank all of our partners (including schools, nonprofits, local government agencies, and businesses), who are working hard to ensure that people in need are still receiving good nutrition during the pandemic. In this edition of Nutrition Times, we share some partner stories to show how they are adapting to new circumstances and implementing the various waivers USDA has offered to make things easier.

Prince William County Schools have 22 meal distribution sites that serve 12,000 meals a day to children 18 years old and under.  The school district is allowing for parent pick-up of meals with student ID, report card, or other official school documentation with the child’s name printed on the document.
