Dealing effectively with conflict in the workplace has become a critical function in public and private organizations. Employers and employees are increasingly turning towards mediation to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation.
This intensive five day, 40-hour Mediation Skills Training will focus on the mediation process and the basic skills required to successfully mediate disputes.
Training is sponsored by the New Mexico Federal Executive Board and conducted by trainers from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
