PUBLIC NOTICE

PROPOSED LOCAL RULE AMENDMENTS -
PUBLIC COMMENTS DUE JUNE 30, 2014

The United States District Court for the District of Arizona pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2071 and Local Rule of Civil Procedure 83.9 of the Local Rules of Practice hereby invites comments on the 2013-2014 proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Practice for the District of Arizona.

All proposed amendments are available for review on the court's website at http://www.azd.uscourts.gov/proposed-amendments-local-rules or upon request from the Clerk of the Court. Comments may be submitted electronically via the court's website by selecting the "Add Comment" option while viewing a proposed amendment.

Written comments may also be submitted in letter form and be directed to:
