The U.S. Courts are pleased to host several badge workshops
for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts this summer.

Law Day is observed annually on May 1. It’s a day set aside to celebrate the rule of
law. This year’s theme is “American
Democracy and the Rule of Law: Why Every Vote Matters.” The Office of Public Education and Community
Outreach will be preparing a lesson plan packet for your use. Be looking for a separate email this
spring!
The Eagleton Courthouse will host a free teacher institute
again this summer. Teachers will be
treated to a full day of in-depth learning about the federal judicial branch
and the legal system in America. The
event is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2014.
Registration will open in April. A

A Spring Seminar Series for the public is being offering in
partnership with OASIS St. Louis. One Friday
