The Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual has been updated with the addition of section "II(R) Filing of a Motion to Transfer or Consolidate - LRCiv 42.1(b)". This section was added based on the LRCiv 42.1(b) rule change that went into effect December 1, 2013.  You can view the updated manual by clicking on the link below:
