The judges of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi have issued two new standing orders related to the Bankruptcy Noticing Center’s service interruption:

  1. Order Rescinding Certain Provisions of Supplemental Order No. 1 Regarding Bankruptcy Noticing Center Interruption — effective October 27, 2026.

  2. Order Regarding Bankruptcy Noticing Center Service Interruption and Bankruptcy Rules Emergency. (Pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P.  9038)
