Due to construction at the United States Courthouse and Federal Building located at 2110 First Street, Fort Myers, Florida, all non-evidentiary hearings (including Chapter 13 confirmation hearings) in Fort Myers Division cases before Judge Rivera will be conducted via Zoom until further notice of the Court.
