AMENDED NOTICE: TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE U.S. BANKRUPTCY COURT, MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA – JACKSONVILLE DIVISION

The Jacksonville Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court will be CLOSED on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, due to facility issues.

• Hearings: All court hearings scheduled for today, April 28, 2026, before Chief Judge Brown will continue as scheduled with remote appearances only.
• In-Person Services: Routine business cannot be conducted in person at the Jacksonville location during this closure.
• Electronic Filing: CM/ECF will remain available for electronic filings.

Resumption of Services: The Jacksonville Division expects to resume normal business operations on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Emergency Assistance: If you require immediate assistance or need to conduct urgent business, please contact the Clerk’s Office in the Orlando or Tampa divisions, which remain fully operational.
