U.S. Courts sent this bulletin at 04/23/2026 03:56 PM EDT
Effective April 20, 2026, electronic access to view sealed documents in CM/ECF will no longer be available to the filer or any party with the right to access them. All requests by authorized individuals to access a sealed document must now be directed to the Clerk's Divisional Office. The Clerk's Instructions for Filing Documents Under Seal will be updated to reflect this new access restriction.
