The Court has added the following motions (applicable to Chapter 13 cases filed after December 1, 2025) to the Negative Notice List.
Motion Under Rule 3002.1(f)(1) to Determine Status of Mortgage Claim
Motion Under Rule 3002.1(g)(4) to Determine Final Cure and Payment of the Mortgage Claim.
Click HERE to see the updated list. Note that both motions require 28-day notice. And for the sake of procedural consistency, the Court also now requires 28-day notice on a Motion to Declare Debtor Current and Reinstated on Secured Claim.
