Subject: Motion and Notice to Avoid a Lien

Registered ECF users can now access three new events to file a motion and notice to avoid a lien. These new events allow users to combine the motion and notice into a single filing. ECF filers should only select this new event if they are uploading the motion and notice together as one filing.

The events are available under the Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications menu.

Pleading:       Motion and Notice to Avoid Lien
Event:            Avoid Lien and 21-Day Notice

Pleading:       Motion and Notice to Avoid Lien on Household Goods
Event:            Avoid Lien on Household Goods with 21-Day Notice

Pleading:       Motion and Notice to Avoid Non-Possessory, Non-Purchase Money Lien
Event:            Avoid Non-Possessory, Non-Purchase Money Lien with 21-Day Notice
