S.D. Miss. Bankr: New Presumptive "Till" Rate – Effective January 1, 2024
U.S. Courts sent this bulletin at 11/29/2023 11:00 AM ESTThe judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order designating a presumptive interest ("Till") rate.
For all chapter 13 cases filed on or after January 1, 2024, the presumptive interest ("Till") rate will be 10.0%.
