Issue:  Changes to Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule

The Judicial Conference has approved inflationary adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule (see attachment).  The fee changes will be effective December 1, 2023.
