The TBBBA Update

 The TBBBA Raised $1,500.00 for Hurricane Ian Relief and Recovery Efforts. To support Hurricane Ian relief and recovery efforts, the TBBBA donated the proceeds from its Holiday Party in the amount of $1,500.00 to the SWFL Emergency Relief Fund to continue those recovery efforts.

The State of the District 2023 By: Hon. Caryl E. Delano, Chief Judge

In 2012, the Middle District’s former Chief Judge, Judge Karen Jennemann, started the tradition of presenting an annual State of the District presentation, and Judge Williamson and I continued this tradition.

Roadways to the Bench Seminar held Nationwide

On April 3, 2023, Roadways to the Bench was presented to a national audience in 38 cities. Roadways is an event sponsored by the Judicial Conference of the United States. It is intended to expand and attract a diverse pool of applicants for Bankruptcy and Magistrate judge positions by making the process more transparent.
