On October 18 – 22, 2022, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) hosted its 96th Annual Conference at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The NCBJ is one of the largest gatherings of insolvency professionals and bankruptcy judges in the nation.

The District-Wide Pro Se Virtual Clinic is Live!!!

On September 1, 2022, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida began issuing notices to unrepresented debtors in new bankruptcy cases. These notices, modeled after those issued in the Northern District of Florida, provide unrepresented debtors with the pro bono resources available in the division in which they file.
