On Wednesday, April 6, 2022, the Court staff for the Middle District of Florida resumed their pre-pandemic “core day” schedule. To help everyone ease back into their office routine, members of the TBBBA, CFBLA, and JBBA teamed up to provide breakfast to the Jacksonville and Orlando staff and lunch for the Tampa staff.

Local Rules

Proposed Amendments to Local Rules

The judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida are considering proposed amendments to the Local Rules. The proposals are now posted for public comment until April 29, 2022. When promulgated by the judges, the amended Local Rules will become effective on July 1, 2022.
