SD Miss Bankr: S.D. Miss. Bankr: New Presumptive "Till" Rate – Effective August 1, 2020.

The judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order designating a presumptive interest ("Till") rate.

For cases filed on or after August 1, 2020, the presumptive ("Till") interest rate will be 5.25%.
