Reminder Regarding Matters Set for Hearing

ALL hearings will be called for hearing and in-court appearances are required, UNLESS the moving attorney receives a notice indicating the hearing is going by default or will not be held. If an attorney does receive a notice saying the matter will be called, it’s a courtesy to the attorney and not a change in the foregoing rule or policy. All Minnesota Bankruptcy Judges have adopted this policy.
