NYSB CM/ECF Downtime to Upgrade to Version 5.1.1

 

The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing Live system (CM/ECF) will be unavailable on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM, December 1, 2015 to upgrade to version 5.1.1. • CM/ECF version 5.1.1 contains modifications to support the revised official bankruptcy forms. It is important to confirm with your software vendor that you have the updates necessary to support this version.

 

• Use of the new official bankruptcy forms will be required for all cases commenced on and after December 1, 2015.

 

• Use of the new official bankruptcy forms will be required for any amendments to the petition, schedules and statements and conversions filed after December 1, 2015 and cases commenced prior to December 1, 2015.

 

• Do not use the new official bankruptcy forms prior to December 1, 2015.
