Public Sections of Resolution Plans Published

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has made available the public sections of resolution plans for two additional firms submitted to the FDIC and Federal Reserve under Title I of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Due to the characteristics of these firms, the Board of Governors and FDIC requested the firms submit plans on October 1, 2012.  Both submissions were received by the deadline.
