REGULATORY RELIEF: Guidance to Help Financial Institutions and Facilitate Recovery in Areas Affected by Natural Disasters
SUMMARY: The FDIC has announced a series of steps intended to provide regulatory relief to financial institutions and facilitate recovery in areas recently affected by natural disasters. These following states have been impacted, with some states experiencing multiple distinct disaster events:
