FAR Forward Office Hours continue throughout the year, and the next phase is underway.
These live, practical sessions give federal acquisition professionals a regular forum to stay current on the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, ask questions, hear timely updates, and better understand how FAR changes apply to day-to-day acquisition work.

Build Practical Process Improvement Skills with Six Sigma Credentials
FAI’s Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt credentials help acquisition professionals strengthen practical skills in process improvement, data analysis, project management, and quality improvement. The Yellow Belt credential introduces Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals and prepares learners to support small-scale improvement efforts, while the Green Belt credential builds on that foundation with advanced tools for root cause analysis, operational efficiency, and leading more complex improvement projects. Both credentials include online Coursera courses and a peer-reviewed capstone project. Learners may also earn continuous learning points: 14 CLPs for Yellow Belt and 22 CLPs for Green Belt.

Workshop: Revolutionary FAR Overhaul High-Intensity Immersive Training – Foundation
A one-day, six-hour virtual instructor-led training is now available on the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and the new FAR framework. This immersive session covers three core areas: an overview of the RFO and its structure, a deep dive into RFO updates to acquisition planning (including market research), and updates to commercial buying procedures under FAR Parts 8, 12, and 16.
This foundational course is the first in a planned series of RFO High-Intensity Immersive Training offerings and is designed to build a shared, government-wide understanding of how RFO changes affect acquisition practice. Participants will learn from RFO acquisition experts and apply the framework through hands-on exercises focused on real-world acquisitions.

Last Chance to Register for LEAP Summer Leadership Program – Apply by June 12!
The Partnership for Public Service has extended the application deadline for the Summer 2026 Leadership Excellence for Acquisition Professionals program. Applications are now due Friday, June 12. This six-month program, held from July through December, helps GS-12 through GS-14 acquisition professionals strengthen leadership skills in self-awareness, team engagement, change leadership, and delivering results. Participants will also build skills in data-driven decision-making, navigating change, and developing effective partnerships across the acquisition environment. Learn more and apply here. Earn Your Digital Services Credential (DITAP) (formerly FAC-C-DS) via the DITAP Training Program!
Successful completion of the Digital IT Acquisition Professional (DITAP) training program earns students a DITAP training certificate, 80 CLPs, and the ability to apply for the Digital Services Credential (DITAP) (formerly FAC-C-DS) through FAI's credential program. FAC-C (Professional) holders with at least two years of experience and assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds are required to attend the DITAP training program.
FAC-COR Level II/III and FAC-P/PM Level II/III holders with at least two years of experience and assigned to acquisitions consisting primarily of digital services over FAR 13.500(c) thresholds are encouraged to attend DITAP training to create a cohesive team that fully understands how to buy digital services.
