FAR Forward Office Hours: Stay Current, Ask Questions, Apply FAR Change with Confidence
For nearly one year, FAR Forward Office Hours has helped federal acquisition professionals stay connected to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul and apply FAR changes with greater clarity and confidence.
These live, practical sessions give the federal acquisition workforce a regular forum to hear timely updates, ask questions, learn from real implementation scenarios, and connect FAR changes to day-to-day acquisition work. Recent sessions have drawn strong engagement, including positive feedback from participants who reported learning tools, concepts, and insights they can apply on the job.
The series continues throughout the year. Register for an upcoming session using your .gov or .mil email address to stay current, ask questions, earn one CLP, and remain engaged with the FAR Forward practitioner community.
Catch the Recording: Special FAR Forward Office Hours with Judge Marian Blank Horn
If you missed the May 11 FAR Forward Office Hours featuring Judge Marian Blank Horn of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the recording is now available. This special session gave federal acquisition professionals a rare opportunity to hear directly from a federal judge on protest risk, discretion, documentation, and how acquisition decisions may be viewed when challenged. The discussion reinforced an important message for the workforce: a protest does not mean failure, and thoughtful, well-documented decision-making matters. More than 3,000 viewers attended the live session, and participant feedback was strong. Watch the recording to gain practical insight into the legal, policy, and operational realities shaping FAR implementation while earning one CLP.
