Final Month: Complete Your CL Requirements by April 30
The continuous learning (CL) common period ends April 30, 2026. With the final month of the cycle now underway, it’s important to review your progress and complete any remaining CL requirements.
At this stage, timely action is key. Completing your remaining CLPs now helps avoid last-minute scheduling challenges and ensures your certification remains current.
Review your CLIP dashboard in FAI CSOD and identify opportunities to earn remaining CLPs. Available options include Practitioner Albums, instructor-led courses, FAR Forward Office Hours (and recordings), and credentials.
Many acquisition workforce members can complete their remaining CLPs with focused effort over the next few remaining weeks. Taking action now will help you close out the cycle on time and avoid additional administrative steps after the deadline.

Cutting Red Tape, Strengthening Results: Early RFO Lessons
A recent GSA blog highlights how the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) is streamlining acquisition and improving outcomes across the federal workforce.
Early results show faster procurements, significant cost savings, and more effective use of professional judgment. In one example, a procurement was completed in 21 days with a 43 percent savings. Teams are also replacing lengthy documentation with more efficient approaches, accelerating timelines without sacrificing oversight.
The takeaway: less process, more results.

The RFO Learning Cycle
The RFO Learning Cycle fosters a mission-first procurement culture by closing the gap between policy and practice. It guides the workforce through a continuous progression from awareness to knowledge to application, then into a feedback loop that captures real world experience. This loop uses practitioner insights, artifacts, and outcomes to refine policy and improve execution.
The RFO Practitioner Team aligns targeted resources to each stage of the cycle to support professional growth and performance. They deliver the right support at every step. Share helpful resources, training ideas, or feedback on your RFO journey with SAGTesting@gsa.gov. Your input directly informs ongoing improvements and strengthens the cycle.
