Sign Up for On-Demand OASIS+ DPA Training
GSA's OASIS+ program offers an on-demand training course (FAC 154) for the Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA) through Defense Acquisition University. This self-paced course awards 1.5 CLPs upon completion and is open to all procurement professionals. All warranted contracting officers are required to earn a DPA to issue task orders under OASIS+. Contract specialists can complete the training to issue solicitations. The legacy OASIS DPA certs do NOT transfer to OASIS+.
