Is Important FAI CSOD Information Sitting in Your Spam Folder?
Your spam, junk, phishing, and/or marketing email folders may be snatching and hiding important FAI CSOD-related emails from you, and you don’t even know it! Take action now:
1. Check for missing notifications. FAI, DAU’s help desk, and course providers send a variety of emails. If you’ve submitted a help desk ticket to DAU through the ServiceNow Portal, you should have received an email from servicenow@dau.edu. If you did not receive an expected email, check your spam, junk, phishing, and/or marketing email folders.
2. Check your spam folder. Check your spam, junk, phishing, and/or marketing email folders for emails from the following email domains: @dau.edu, @csod.com, and @servicenow.com. If possible, change your email settings to allow/accept emails from these domains.
Continue to monitor your email, FAI.gov, Acquisition Today, and communications from your agency’s Acquisition Career Manager (ACM) for FAI CSOD-related updates.
Are You Using the FAI CSOD Task Aids?
Do you have questions about how to perform a task in FAI CSOD? Would step-by-step instructions help you complete your assigned system tasks with more ease (and less frustration)? Look no further! A variety of FAI CSOD Training Materials are available on FAI CSOD (select Training Guides and Videos under the Help tab). Access to FAI CSOD User Task Aids and training videos for each of your assigned user role(s) has never been so quick and easy!
If you need additional FAI CSOD support, submit a ticket through DAU’s ServiceNow Portal.
