FAI CSOD Help Desk Portal
The FAI CSOD Help Desk is here to help you answer CSOD questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and manage your password. The FAI CSOD Help Desk is managed by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). If you need support, submit a ticket through DAU’s ServiceNow Portal. After you submit a ticket, you will receive an email with a ticket number from servicenow@dau.edu.

Updated Guidance for the FAC-C-DS DITAP Program
The United States Digital Service (USDS) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) have received inquiries regarding the assignment of FAC-C Plus Specialization in Digital Services (FAC-C-DS) in the 2018 FAC-C-DS memorandum. An additional memorandum has been posted on the Digital IT Acquisition Professional Training (DITAP) page to provide further guidance on the FY-22 requirement. Coming Soon: FAC 093 Introduction to Supply Chain Risk Management
FAI is pleased to announce a new training launching October 1, 2021! FAC 093 Introduction to Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), is a one hour, web-based training worth 1 CLP. This course will introduce the multi-disciplinary acquisition team to supply chain risks, principles of SCRM, and resources for complying with federal regulations. Keep an eye out for more updates!
