Changes to GSA Leasing Certification Program Requirements
In January, GSA issued a new Leasing Certification Program (LCP) memorandum. This memo implemented curriculum updates and takes effect October 1, 2021. All federal personnel relying upon a GSA delegation leasing authority are subject to this policy. See GSA’s website for more information.

Call for Nominations for the 2021 Contracting Professional Excellence Award
The Procurement Round Table is now accepting nominations for the 2021 Elmer B. Staats Contracting Professional Excellence Award. This award recognizes a federal acquisition professional who has contributed significantly to contracting operations and acquisition policy. Review the Procurement Round Table flyer for more information about the award, eligibility requirements, and instructions for nominating a candidate. Nomination forms are due by April 23, 2021.

Q3 FY20 Quarterly Workforce Metrics Available
FAI is pleased to announce the posting of the Q3FY20 quarterly workforce metrics on FAI.gov! The metrics provide attrition, accession, and general employment trends across two critical occupational series of the acquisition workforce, GS-1102 and GS-1101. All data is sourced directly from the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) FedScope database.
