Using Commercial Innovation to Drive Shared Services
At a recent roundtable discussion hosted by the IBM Center for the Business of Government and the Professional Services Council (PSC), government leaders looked at how to leverage commercial best practices for driving shared services in government. According to a recent Federal News Radio article, the government is working with industry to develop a strategy and standards for bringing transformation at scale across human resources and finance, and looking forward to moving on other business lines like grants and acquisition.
The COR Community of Practice (CoP) Wants Your Views and Opinions!
This survey will assist the Community of Practice for Contracting Officer Representatives (COR CoP)--and its parent organization, the Federal Program and Project Management Community of Practice (FedPM CoP)-- to assess how to continue to exchange best practices and lessons learned, engage in mentoring partnerships and leverage training resources. We also want to welcome feedback from those that are not currently members of the COR CoP and encourage their participation in this survey.
