Rescheduled Acquisition Gateway U Classes Available!

Due to the lapse in federal appropriations, the Acquisition Gateway U classes scheduled from Jan 22 - 26 were postponed. New dates are now available for these classes: Market Research in the Acquisition Gateway (Feb 5, 1-2 EST), and What’s New in the Gateway? (Feb 6th, 1-2P EST). We are working to reschedule the remaining classes. Register today! *Please note that if you were previously registered to attend either of these sessions, your registration has been carried over to the new date. GSA - Order Level Materials (OLM) Rule

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to clarify the authority to acquire order-level materials (OLMs) when placing an individual task or delivery order against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract or FSS blanket purchase agreement (BPA). OLMs are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against an FSS contract or BPA, when the supplies and/or services are not known at the time of contract or BPA award. See the Federal Register Notice for more information.
