Hydroflurocarbons

New Hydrofluorocarbons (HFC) Reporting Tool

Do you have a contract where air conditioners, chillers, or other refrigeration equipment types are supplied or serviced? If so, the FAR hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) reporting requirements at 52.223-11 (Supplies) or 52.223-12 (Services) may be triggered. Starting in FY18, HFC reports no longer go to the Contracting Officer but are rather submitted directly by contractors through this website. This reporting change saves COs time, reduces contractor burden, and centrally collects this information. Please ensure all required contractors are reporting!
