Colleagues,
Congratulations on a job well done! Your fiscal year 2023 accomplishments are noteworthy and serve as a testament to the tremendous professionalism and dedication of our workforce. On behalf of the entire FAA leadership team, thank you for your commitment to maintaining the world’s safest aerospace system.
As the new year begins, I am pleased to share that the FAA pay bands and pay tables for 2024, will increase by 4.7% as follows:
- FG pay tables
- Core Compensation (FV) pay bands
- Air Traffic Specialized Pay Plan (ATSPP) pay bands
- Air Traffic Manager (MSS) pay bands
- Executive (EV) pay bands
Additionally, there will be a 0.5% average government-wide locality pay adjustment for all eligible employees. Further, employees covered by the FAA Valuing Performance (VP) pay program will receive pay increases commensurate with their performance level. Information regarding specific increases will be communicated to each Line of Business and Staff Office leadership.
Updated pay tables and details specific to each FAA pay plan, including negotiated pay plans, will soon be available on MyFAA. For eligible employees, base-pay increases will be effective January 14, 2024, with a payout date of February 6, 2024.
