The hybrid work environment requires new ways of managing to ensure team cohesiveness, productivity, service delivery, and employee engagement.

The Office of Human Resource Management has developed a FAA Hybrid Workplace Toolkit to provide you with resources to lead in a new work environment and maintain collaboration, inclusivity, and effectiveness, despite having a geographically dispersed workforce.

Tips for Managing Hybrid Teams

90-minute interactive webinar

Preparing FAA managers to sustain or increase productivity, engagement, and team cohesiveness when their employees are operating in different work modes. This webinar will provide managers with actionable strategies for ensuring equity, managing performance, enhancing engagement and trust, and optimizing communication within a hybrid team. Managing Hybrid Teams (MHT) Course

Three-day virtual, instructor-led course

Helping FAA managers adapt to leading in a hybrid working environment by studying the impacts on the nature of relationships and social behavior within teams. Thriving in a Hybrid Environment 

Three-hour training with virtual and in-person options

Providing government employees at all levels with tools, tactics, and tips they can immediately implement to improve performance and efficiency when working with colleagues in and outside of traditional office locations, hosted by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
