1) H135 is no longer be a valid Management Method Code on new manifests (Manifests may be corrected with H135).

Coming in February 2024 there will be new PCB load types and certain old load types will no longer be valid on the effective date of the rule.

In addition we added an object in the Section 14 area for the predesignated PCB alternative facility.  The new object is "pcbAlternateDesignatedFacility" and is located within the additionalInfo Object.
