Learning the Ropes From a Virtual Rooftop

The Energy Department announced a free online training program developed by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) for building and electrical code officials who perform residential solar energy system inspections. With support from the SunShot Initiative, IREC developed the interactive program as part of its Solar Instructor Training Network.
