ICYMI: Deputy Secretary David Turk Keynote Speaker at the Virtual Roundtable, Building Bridges Across the Battery Ecosystem

Deputy Secretary of Energy David Turk was the keynote speaker during the October 29th Building Bridges Across the Battery Ecosystem virtual roundtable, which was hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy and Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). The roundtable recording is available here.

During the roundtable, ANL introduced the Li-Bridge alliance, a new public-private partnership to bridge gaps in the domestic lithium battery supply chain. Li-Bridge members discussed accelerating the development of a robust and secure domestic supply chain for lithium-based batteries in accordance with the National Blueprint for Lithium Batteries, 2021 – 2030, which the Federal Consortium for Advanced Batteries (FCAB) released earlier this year. ANL will lead Li-Bridge, and engage with the federal sector through FCAB.
