“COVID-19 is here to stay” (JAMA) and even when it becomes endemic, “endemic diseases can still take a serious toll” (Bloomberg).
What then are the continuing implications of COVID in the workplace for employees and employers?
For answers, attend our FREE webinar on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.
Fidel Arroyo of the U.S. Wage and Hour Division (WHD) will present information about the “Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) in the COVID World,” including which employees and employers are covered under the FMLA and situations where an employee is off work with COVID-19 or is caring for ill family members.
Confused about when employees should be paid for the time that they must be on duty or at the place of work?
Mr. Arroyo will also provide important information on issues related to “all hours worked.”
Leave this informative webinar with expert information and a raised awareness on employee and employer rights and responsibilities under the laws enforced by the WHD.
Time will be allotted for Q&A and resources will be shared with participants after the presentation.
