Resignation Announcement of Federal Student Aid Chief Operating Officer James Runcie

James Runcie, Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid, submitted his resignation to the Department last night. His resignation is effective immediately. Matthew Sessa, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of FSA will assume Mr. Runcie’s duties until further notice.
