FTA today announced the availability of approximately $28.5 million in Fiscal Year 2026 funds through the Pilot Program for Transit-Oriented Development Planning.
This program supports local and state efforts to build successful transit corridors that connect people to jobs, housing, and essential services and opportunities.
Instructions for applying and eligibility information can be found on FTA's Website and in GRANTS.GOV. Complete proposals must be submitted electronically through GRANTS.GOV by July 10, 2026.
