The FTA’s Transit Asset Management (TAM) program will host the 2026 TAM Roundtable, an in-person event in Denver, CO, on July 14-15, 2026. The event will explore lifecycle management, a practice which informs long-term planning, financial performance, and efficient service delivery. Effective lifecycle management practices minimize costs while ensuring service and reliability commitments.
What to Expect
The Roundtable brings together participants from across the country who are directly involved in the management of transit capital assets. The event will feature:
- Peer learning sessions on lifecycle management (design and procurement; operations and maintenance; rehabilitation and replacement; and condition assessment and performance)
- A tour of a local transit agency
- An interactive small group activity
This meeting is an excellent opportunity for agencies to exchange best practices.
Eligibility
The TAM Roundtable is open to public sector employees, including:
- Transit agency staff
- State DOT staff focused on transit
- MPO staff focused on transit
